Orientation Information

Hello, We are so glad you applied to join our team! We have new shifts available every day and want you to begin working immediately. To begin working, please reserve at least 2.5 hours, attend one of the next information sessions below, and you should be placed into shifts once your state requirements are completed. The following are the next sessions and please note you will need to confirm which session you will be attending via email:

EVERY WEEK: Tuesdays or Thursdays starting at 9am. In addition we offer Wednesday nights starting at 4pm in our office in La Mesa. The office address is the following:

8530 La Mesa Blvd, Suite 200, La Mesa, CA 91942 (We are inside the Silvergate bank)

If you are in North County, you may attend the orientation times above by live video, or we offer another online session on Thursdays at 4pm. The information is below to use this feature and please RSVP to ensure that the video is set up for the session:

It is extremely important that you arrive 10 minutes early to the session time. Please call the office ahead of time if you are running late (619-354-2544). Late arrivals of 5 minutes or more will be rescheduled.

Items to bring to your Interview and Information Session. If you do not have any of the requirements, please still come and join the session and we will discuss everything:

– State Registration, LiveScan completed form, and TB Clearance.

– Driver License (or State ID) or Passport.

– Social Security Card

– Car registration and insurance – If you are open for driving cases in your own car.

– Active CNA card and/or CPR card is preferred but not required.

– If you want direct deposit please bring a voided check or a direct deposit form

NEXT STEPS: Email back to confirm which of the above days you will attend your Interview and Information Session. Bring all the documents you have to the information session. If you do not have the documents, you can still attend the session to get more information! We will pay for the Information Session once you complete the state requirements and start working for us.
