Holli Bennett

Holli Bennett – Marketing Director

Holli is a native of San Diego and has over 18 years experience in the senior care industry. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly and she has also marketed for a major ambulance company, but found her true passion working in home care with seniors.

Holli also holds her Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrators License with the Department of Social Services and is currently the Vice President of the San Diego County Council on Aging (SDCCOA).

Some of the things Holli enjoys doing is hiking in the Laguna Mountains with her husband Chris, or just spending quality time with her family, which includes her new grandbaby.


Sherry Bird – Operations Manager

“It is our choices that make us who we truly are.”

As Operations Manager, Sherry provides day-to-day leadership and oversees all aspects of daily operations for Caregivers and clients. Responsibilities include carrying out strategic goals and objectives to maximize quality, maintain high service levels, customer service and operating efficiencies. Sherry is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, quality, credentialing, human resources, and risk management. She has partnered with clients representing a variety of industries, including the Healthcare sector.

Sherry brings strong leadership and a high service orientation to the role. She has a unique combination of creativity and analytical skills to assess challenges from all vantage points enabling her to create and implement positive and cost-effective solutions.

Sherry lives in East County with her husband and dog.  She is an avid reader and enjoys going to the river and trips in their 5th wheel.  Most special to her is spending time with her family; her husband, two children and especially their five grandchildren and family dogs.

Katherine Bloom

Katherine Bloom – Recruitment Manager

Katherine joined Coast Care Partners as the Recruitment Manager in 2016. Prior to joining Coast Care, Katherine spent over 11 years as a professional recruiter, including placement of professional legal staff with top tier law firms, and enrollment and retention of students with a major online University.

As Recruitment Manager, Katherine ensures a continuous stream of quality Caregivers, located throughout San Diego County. As an added avenue for recruiting, Katherine continues relationship building with employment career centers and technical/vocational schools.  Katherine works with each Caregiver to assist them in fulfilling the credentialing requirements of the State of California, and goes above and beyond to recruit individuals with the personal qualities and experience required to serve our San Diego seniors.

Katherine is a native San Diegan and lives in North County. She, her husband, and two daughters spend their free time enjoying the San Diego sunshine.

Tyler Bowker

Tyler Bowker – Scheduling Coordinator

“Kindness is like snow – it beautifies everything it covers.”

Tyler is a Certified Administrative Assistant and has been a Scheduling Coordinator with Coast Care Partners since August of 2016. Prior to joining Coast Care Partners, Tyler worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Nebraska. Tyler oversees the scheduling of over 130 Caregivers for more than 100 clients. She also serves as a vital link between clients and Caregivers, ensuring the best possible “match” for every client’s needs.

In her spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with her three children: Austin, Brooklynn, and Lucas, as well as their two cats (Nitro and Cobalt). She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring new places.


David Chong – Executive Director

“This is my life purpose.”

David has worn a few different hats in his career, though the one that seems to fit the best is geriatric care. David owned and operated The Park at Mount Helix and founded an Internet-based senior housing referral service, AssistMatch.

As a foundation to his career, David’s most useful degrees are his B.S. in Business Administration from Biola University and his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley. The not-quite-as-practical program was the M.A. in Practical Theology from University of San Diego. At various times he has held licenses in California as an attorney with the State Bar, as a broker with the Department of Real Estate, and as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator with the Department of Social Services. He is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager with the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

David currently serves on the boards of the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary, the San Diego Regional Home Care Council and OASIS San Diego. He is a member of ProVisors and the Estate Planning Council of San Diego.

Some particularly favorite activities have included scuba, backpacking, and basketball (and coaching basketball). When not enjoying time with his Coast Care Partners partners, he can typically be found seizing the day with his wife, Sarah, and his four children.

Lori Erickson

Lori Erickson – Bookkeeper

Lori has over ten years of bookkeeping experience. She returned to school as an older adult in 2012, earning Associate Degrees in Accounting and Marketing & Sales Management. Her work experience has been in bookkeeping with small, retail-oriented businesses. Lori is a Minnesota native who moved to sunny San Diego in December of 2016.  She has enjoyed the personal growth and the learning opportunities that working in the home care industry has given her. In her spare time, Lori enjoys reading, quilting, spending time outdoors, and spoiling her two dogs.

Pari Ghalebi

Pari Ghalebi, RN – Care Manager

Pari Ghalebi has over 20 years of experience in geriatric nursing. As a Registered Nurse, Pari chose the path of dedicating her professional expertise to the lives of seniors. For more than 15 years, she served as a Director of Nursing for three major senior health care facilities in Nashville, Tennessee, and more recently at White Sands of La Jolla. For the past five years, Pari has been applying all her clinical and social care experiences to Home Care Management. She has offered high standards of Care Management to many elderly who have chosen the comfort of their own surroundings with reliable care plans along with a team of kind and responsible caregivers.

Amy Glick

Amy Glick, LCSW – Care Manager

Amy has been a practicing Social Worker for 25 years. She earned a BA in psychology from Syracuse University and her MSW from The Wurzweiler School of Social Work/Yeshiva University in New York City. She found her passion working with seniors at her first Social Work internship, providing services for homebound elderly in Manhattan. Amy has worked with chronically mentally ill patients in a day treatment facility, she has been a bereavement counselor at a local hospice, and she has worked with children with emotional and behavioral challenges. She has also been a psychotherapist in private practice.

Amy enjoys hiking, and spending time volunteering in various community projects with her two teenage sons.

Chris Jackson

Chris Jackson, RN – Care Manager

Chris has been a Registered Nurse for 32 years.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree and a Public Health Nurse Certificate from University of New York Regents College.  Chris has devoted her clinical career of nearly 30 years to clinical care and management in the Home Care field as a Home Health Director, and Director of Patient Care Services in a large Hospice and Home Palliative Care organization. Her early experience also includes hospital acute care nursing with cardiac and pulmonary patients, as well as work in home infusion therapy, skilled nursing facility care delivery and disease management programs.

Chris found her passion for serving patients and clients in their home environment early in her nursing practice, recognizing the value in optimizing their health, comfort and well being in the familiar surroundings of home.

In her free time, Chris enjoys hiking, yoga, knitting, and spending precious time with family including her two young grandchildren.

Alyssa lee

Alyssa Lee – Care Coordinator

Alyssa has been with Coast Care Partners since 2014 where she started as a CNA Caregiver, and has been steadily promoted ever since.  Alyssa wears many hats at Coast Care but is primarily responsible for payroll and Care Coordination. Alyssa is very passionate about health care and is currently pursuing her degree in nursing. She hopes to be able to continue working in Geriatrics, specializing in Alzheimer’s/dementia. She is thankful for the opportunities that Coast Care Partners has provided for her and wants to continue working for the company for many years to come.

Alyssa was born and raised in San Diego and is a true California girl. When she is not at work, Alyssa spends her time hiking, spinning, boxing, and taking care of her fur children (Kee Kee, Smokey, and Miss Parker).

Andrea McKay

Andrea McKay – Scheduling Coordinator

Andrea has worked with Coast Care Partners as a Scheduler/Care Coordinator since July 2017. Prior to Coast Care Partners, she has worked in healthcare for over 15 years years and in homecare for nearly 8 years while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Abnormal Psychology. She was inspired to join the homecare industry because of her family’s personal need for care.  Andrea works with our other scheduling coordinator to oversee 130 Caregivers and over 100 Clients to find the best possible dynamic between the Caregiver and client based on the client’s personal needs and preferences.

When she isn’t working, Andrea enjoys photography, sporting events, music, and most of all, spending time with her 16 year old son, Jeremy Trent.  She also devotes personal time to volunteering with young teens through different organizations.

Stephanie Seiler

Stephanie Seiler – Care Coordinator

Stephanie came to Coast Care Partners in 2016 with over 20 years of experience as a paralegal, specializing in medical malpractice litigation and hospital staff privilege issues.  At Coast Care Partners, in addition to being a Care Coordinator, Stephanie is the client liaison for the long-term care insurance carriers.  She also ensures that all California requirements governing the credentialing of Caregivers and the licensing of Home Care Organizations are being met.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at San Diego, followed by a Paralegal Certificate in Business Litigation from the University of San Diego.  When she’s not at the office, you may find Stephanie cooking, reading, writing, or spending time on the tennis court with her teenagers, Nick and Charlotte.

Amy Stowers

Amy Stowers, MS, RN – Care Manager

Amy Stowers, MS, RN has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree from Washington Adventist University and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing Informatics/Administration from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.

Amy began her clinical career as a Critical Care Nurse.  She has served in the role of Certified Critical Care Nurse, Nurse Manager, Chief Clinical Information Officer, and Telemedicine Project Manager.  Amy is a thought leader in the application of digital health to solving the challenges faced in the healthcare delivery system.  She believes the lives  of family members, patients, and clinicians will be greatly improved with the use of technologies while empowering patients to remain in the location of their choosing.

As a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives Amy leads through example and mentoring while recognizing that caring is the cornerstone of health care. She practices daily gratitude in every opportunity to provide compassionate and competent healthcare.

Amy also enjoys boating, traveling, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Misty Wien, M.S.E – Community Liaison

Misty comes to Coast Care Partners with over 15 years of experience in building relationships, marketing and educating others in many capacities. Misty originally from NY, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications. She worked in marketing for over 7 years within the media industry. Misty then decided she wanted to use her compassion and empathy skills along with her natural ability to teach others to become a special education teacher. While earning her Master’s degree in general education and special education, she taught in the south Bronx for years.

Being drawn by the lovely weather and healthier lifestyle, Misty decided to leave NY and make San Diego her new home. Having a brother that is an eldercare lawyer and nursing home administrator, she has always been interested in the field and wanted to enter the eldercare field as well. Since moving to San Diego, Misty has become a Reiki Master, an avid hiker, sunshine seeker and beach enthusiast. She also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and exploring all the beauty San Diego has to offer.

Misty is excited to be working for Coast Care Partners and is looking forward to helping those who are in need of trusted, reliable, unmatched care.
